How To Make Lovely Heart Garland
Heart garland are perfect for such events as Valentine’s Day, wedding reception, and so on. Making heart garland is just a piece of cake. As shown here, just get some card stock paper, cut them in strips, repeat stapling and folding them to make your heart garland. Isn’t easy and fun?
