This project is so cool. I love to have a large DIY smokehouse. If you have collected a pile of pallets, this project is a good one for the weekend.

One caveat though, not all pallets are created equal, you may want to determine if a wood pallet is safe for use first. After screening the pallets, you can start building your smokehouse. Watch further details in the video below.
