Cooking Recipes: Sweet Love Knot Italian Cookies
My Facebook Page follower Kathleen Ammann-Hardaker asked me for how to make real Italian cookies. I have to say it is a very tough request to fulfill, as there are many types of real Italian cookies. Which one should I feature? I don’t want to just bring my readers any Italian cookie, right?
After further thinking, I decided to feature this Sweet love knot Italian cookie made by Dianna… for four reasons. 1) the cookies look so delicious; 2) the knots look so lovely, reminding me of warm hugs of lovers; 3) It is a perfect idea to try out for Valentine’s Day; 4) Dianna lays out very detailed recipe and instructions.
