Pumpkin Pie Pudding Recipe

This is a quick pudding recipe that Mindy’s five-year-old brought home from school. It only take less than 10 minutes. Here are what you need

  • 1 15-oz can pumpkin or 2 cups cooked mashed squash, such as hubbard
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 C low fat milk
  • 1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix

Step by step directions

  1. Mix pumpkin, salt, and pumpkin spice together in a large bowl.
  2. Slowly stir in milk and mix well.
  3. Add instant pudding mix and stir for two minutes until it thickens.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
