In addition, green juice is very easy to prepare at home. You just need a nice blender and some fresh vegetables and fruits. Who doesn’t have them at home? It works the best if you could use organic ones.
There are many variations of green juice recipe. Here is one that I like.
Green Juice Recipe
- 5 stalks celery
- 2 granny smith apples
- 1 lime
- 1 cucumber
- 3-4 cups leafy greens
- 2 inches ginger root
- 1 cup parsley

- 1/2 cup cucumber
