According to a research by Emory University (read full story here), moderate aerobic exercise helps to preserve the structure and function of nerve cells in the retina after damage. Therefore, aerobic exercise can have a direct effect on retinal health and vision.
Hopefully this gives you enough motivation to stop sitting in front of computer screens all day long. Put on our running shoes and do some exercise. 🙂
