  1. Stick two pieces of plastic tape on nails to form a triangular shape.
  2. Apply base coat.
  3. Apply red nail polish.
  4. Remove the tape carefully.
  5. Dot the pom pom.
  6. Create the bottom of the hat with a dotting tool.
  7. Apply top coat.
