All you need to make this beverage cooler are
- A pool noodle
- A plastic tub
- Nylon rope
Instructions
- Cut your pool noodle into four pieces, two long and two short, according to the size of your plastic tub.
- Connect the noodle pieces with a string of nylon rope to make the floater.
- Wrap the floater around the tub.
