Sexy Butt

A sexy butt is very attractive. That’s why Brazilian butts are goals for many. To get sexy Brazilian butts, you can try Brazilian but lift workout. Today, we are going to share with you a few exercises so that you can achieve that goal.  Do these workouts five minutes a day to sculpt your butt and legs.

Squat

Stand straight and tall, with feet slightly apart. Slowly bend so that your thighs and butt are parallel to the floor. Hold for couple seconds, then slowly stand up. Do this squat 15 reps each time.

Regular-squat

Lunges

Whip your lower half into shape from all angles with these lunge exercise. When you get more confident, you can also try some of the variations.

This exercise is not only wonderful for your butt, but also good for your abs, thighs, and glutes.
