
I learned that a healthy meal plan is eat more for breakfast, less for lunch, and the least for dinner. However, what I have been doing is completely opposite. Not that I don’t want to follow what I learned, but because I don’t know what to prepare in the morning. I usually just get a cup of milk and a piece of bread. That’s it.
