Ingredients:

  • 6 oz milk
  • 1 drop vanilla extract
  • 1 tea spoon honey

Directions:

  1. Warm the milk in a small saucepan (but not boiling).  Stir constantly and use moderate heat for best results.
  2.  Pour warmed milk into a glass.
  3. Add vanilla and honey into the milk.
  4. Stir well and sip slowly before bed.

If you are allergic to milk, replace it with lactose free substitute, such as soy, almond, or rice milk.

The ingredients in his ancient remedy, milk, honey, & vanilla are helpful for regulate sleeping patterns.
