Here is a Real Estate 101 lesson I learned from my real estate agent friend. When you buy a piece of real property, the land on which the property is sitting is a deterministic factor. Here we don’t only own the surface of the land, but also everything below the surface of the land all the way to the core of the earth. And even better, you own everything up above the land surface all the way to the sky.
