The weather is getting warmer and a flat belly is a must when you start wear less. In this video tutorial, Tiffany Davis is going to show you some exercises that can slim the waist and help you get a flat belly in two weeks.

Basically you do three sets of Sit-ups, Mountain Climbers, Modified V-Ups, and Flutter Kicks, with 20 repeats of each for each set, and half minute break time between set. Do the exercise twice a day, once in the morning, and once in the evening, six days a week, and depending on your situation, but in general, you should start see results in two weeks.
