Melt wax in boiler at around 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
Fill balloon with cold water and dip into the wax.
Take the balloon out and sit on a paper to let the wax dry.
Repeat several times to get enough thickness.
Pop the balloon and drain the water.
Level the edges.
