OMG! It looks like I got them all wrong! I saw this nice article on MSN about healthy living. The article listed 10 food combinations to avoid, as they tend to mess with your health. Avoiding these food combinations can boost energy, digestion, and weight loss.
The problem is that after going through the list, I realized many of them are my favorite food pairings. White bread with jam, pepperoni pizza, corn chips with salsa, …, what can I do? Any tips?
