
This is a quick pudding recipe that Mindy’s five-year-old brought home from school. It only take less than 10 minutes. Here are what you need
- 1 15-oz can pumpkin or 2 cups cooked mashed squash, such as hubbard
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 C low fat milk
- 1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix
- Mix pumpkin, salt, and pumpkin spice together in a large bowl.
- Slowly stir in milk and mix well.
- Add instant pudding mix and stir for two minutes until it thickens.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
